Introduction

Service 111 Business Computing Ltd. (the "Company"), which operates the TrustRMM service and the website trmm.co.il, is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is convenient, independent and equal use of the site's content and services for every visitor.

Accessibility level

The site conforms to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and to Israeli Standard SI 5568 "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines", which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA. The site is responsive and was tested on desktop, tablet and mobile, in the common browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and with screen readers.

What has been done

• Full keyboard navigation, including a "skip to main content" link at the top of every page and clearly visible focus.
• Semantic page structure: hierarchical headings, defined navigation and content regions, and form fields with associated labels.
• Alternative text for images and descriptions for graphic elements.
• Colour contrast checked against level AA requirements.
• Readable fonts and text enlargement without breaking the layout.
• Page language and text direction declared (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right) for assistive technologies.
• Links open in the same window unless stated otherwise.

Accessibility toolbar

An accessibility component ("WP Accessibility") is installed and available on every page through the floating button at the side of the screen. It offers, among other options, larger text, high-contrast mode, grayscale, underlined links and further adjustments. The settings are kept in the browser as you move between pages.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some elements may not yet be fully accessible or may still be in the process of adaptation, including third-party content such as embedded videos or downloadable documents. We keep improving the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility of the service

TrustRMM is an online service delivered remotely. Customer service and support are available by phone at 1-700-722-111, by WhatsApp at +972-72-2788080, by e-mail and through the contact form, and by prior arrangement we can provide service through a channel adapted to the needs of the person contacting us.
