1. Who operates the Site
trmm.co.il (the "Site") is operated by Service 111 Business Computing Ltd., company no. 514787365, 4 HaTe'ena St., Mazkeret Batya 7684624, P.O. Box 5272, Israel (the "Company"). TrustRMM is the Company's service brand for remote monitoring and management of computers, servers and network equipment for businesses and organisations. 2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the TrustRMM service, lets you request information, a demo or a quote, and provides information to existing customers. The Site is not an online shop; no sale or payment processing takes place on it. The Service is contracted under a separate written service agreement, whose terms prevail over anything on the Site.
3. Use of the Site
Browsing and using the Site are subject to these terms and to the privacy policy, and constitute acceptance of them. You may not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems not intended for the public, run automated tools to harvest content, or submit false information or other people's information without authorisation.
4. Content and information
The information on the Site, including feature descriptions, example prices, performance figures and images, is for general impression and may change from time to time. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a commitment to a particular specification. The binding specification, service level (SLA) and price are set only in the quote and the service agreement.
5. Enquiries from the Site
An enquiry sent through the Site's forms or to TrustRMM e-mail addresses is recorded in the Company's ticketing system and handled by the relevant department. The sender confirms that the details given are correct and that they are authorised to contact us on behalf of the business named. Handling of the information is described in the privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The TrustRMM name, logo, design, texts, illustrations and images on the Site are the property of the Company or of third parties who licensed them to it, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed or used commercially without prior written consent. Linking to pages of the Site is permitted, provided the link does not frame the Site inside another site or present it misleadingly.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, secure and accurate, but does not warrant that it will be free of interruptions, errors or faults. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. The Company's liability under the Service itself is governed by the service agreement.
8. External sites and links
The Site may contain links to sites of the Company (such as srvit.co.il) or of third parties. The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of sites it does not own.
9. Accessibility and privacy
The Company is committed to the accessibility of the Site, as described in the accessibility statement. Handling of personal data is governed by the privacy policy, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the Site are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Central District. Nothing in these terms derogates from rights granted to consumers under any law.
11. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its update date and takes effect on publication.
