IT providers and MSPs

All your clients on one screen. The server in Israel. Priced by endpoints, not by technicians.

An Israeli IT provider running dozens of clients on a foreign RMM pays in dollars per technician, deals with support abroad, and explains to clients why their data sits on a server in Europe. TrustRMM is the system we ourselves manage hundreds of client endpoints in, and we give it to other providers exactly as it is with us.

What a provider gets

What an IT provider needs from an RMM, and what they should not pay for

A client is a separate entity

Each client with its own sites, policies and permissions. A technician can be limited to specific clients.

Priced by total endpoints

All endpoints of all clients are counted together, and the price per endpoint drops with volume. As many technicians as you want, no account fee for each.

The server in Israel, or with you

An Israeli cloud, or an installation on your own server. A short answer for the client who asks "where is my data".

Scripts and automation

A shared script library, scheduled tasks, automatic fixes for recurring faults. Once, for every client.

Patching under control

A patch policy per client, maintenance windows, a report of what was installed and what failed, without going client by client.

An action log per client

Every action of every technician is recorded. When a client asks "who touched my server", there is an answer.

Support from a provider that runs it

The person who answers you manages clients in the same system. Not a vendor's support desk.

Leave with everything

The data, the settings and the logs are yours. If you move to another system, you get everything and remove the agents.

Versus a foreign RMM

What changes when the RMM sits in Israel and is run by an Israeli provider

  • PricingPer endpoint, in shekels, no minimum technicians. With foreign vendors the bill grows with every technician who joins.
  • SupportPhone and WhatsApp in Hebrew and English, in Israeli hours. Not a ticket answered overnight from another continent.
  • DataOn a server in Israel. Your clients - local authorities, clinics, regulated bodies - ask about this in tenders. There is an answer.
  • ControlAvailable on your own server. Whoever wants the system in-house gets it installed and maintained.
  • ChangesThe developers talk to you. Need a script, a report or an alert that does not exist? It is closed in a call, not in a feature request abroad.
Migration

How to move from an existing system without dropping clients

Set up

The system is built with your clients, sites and technicians. A few days.

Deploy one client

The agent is installed remotely through the old system or by domain policy. Both systems run side by side.

Move the rest

Client after client, at your pace. The scripts and policies are ready from the first client.

Remove the old

When everything is on the new screen, the old agent is removed remotely and the old subscription cancelled.

Questions from providers

What IT providers ask us

Aren't you our competitor?
We are an IT company, and we know how that sounds. That is why the separation is sharp: your clients are a separate entity in the system, we do not see their data without your permission, and the agreement says so in writing. The system is the product; your clients remain yours.
How many technicians can we connect?
As many as you need. The price is by endpoints only. Every technician gets a personal account, two-factor login and their own permissions.
Can we install it on our own server?
Yes. We set it up on your server, in the cloud or on premises, and maintain it - updates, backups, monitoring of the system itself. The data and the server stay under your control.
Remote control, scripts, patching - are they included?
All in one system: remote control, command line, file transfer, scripts, scheduled tasks, patch management, inventory and reports, alerts. No extra software per capability.
A client of ours wants to see the system themselves?
Give them an account limited to their own client, read-only or operational, as you decide. Everything is logged.
What happens to our clients if we part ways?
You receive all the data, settings and logs, and the time to move the agents. There is no lock-in. It is in the agreement.
