Clinics and healthcare

In a clinic, a computer that fails is a patient who waits.

The reception desk, the consulting rooms, the imaging workstation, the medical records server. Each of them has to work during clinic hours, and none of them can take a patch reboot at 10 in the morning. TrustRMM monitors all of them, handles them remotely, and updates only when you say.

What the clinic gets

Desks that work, updates at the right time, and medical data that stays where it is

A reception desk with no surprises

Disk, memory, printer, the scheduling software - monitored. A fault that begins is caught before the queue stops.

Updates outside clinic hours only

A maintenance window per branch. The computer of a medical device - manual approval only, never automatic.

Remote support without entering the room

A screen connection only with the consent of the person in front of it, shown on screen, logged. No technician walking between treatment rooms.

Medical data does not pass through us

The agent reports the technical state of the computer. No records, no images, no content. The management system in Israel.

Records for regulation

Who connected to which desk and when, which updates were installed where, a computer inventory per branch. Ready for an audit.

A team that knows clinics

We have run the systems of clinics and institutes for years, imaging included. We know what not to touch.

Medical devices

A computer attached to a medical device gets its own rules

A computer that drives an imaging, echo, ultrasound or laboratory system is not an office workstation. An uncoordinated update, an automatic reboot or an antivirus scanning the wrong folder can take a device out of service in the middle of a working day, and sometimes void the manufacturer's approval.

In TrustRMM these computers are marked as a separate group: full monitoring, but no automatic updates, no reboots and no scripts - only on manual approval by the person responsible, in a window agreed with the manufacturer. The system sees them; it does not touch them without permission.

Questions from clinics

What clinic and institute managers ask

Does patient data pass through the system?
No. The agent reports technical data about the computer: disk state, services, updates, system logs. It does not read files and does not show the screen without a deliberate, logged connection. Patient records stay in your medical systems.
We have several branches with different internet providers. Does it work?
Yes. The agent connects outward from each branch separately, with no inbound ports and no link between branches. On screen you see all branches together and can set a maintenance window for each.
What about the device computer the manufacturer said not to touch?
It is marked as a protected group: the system monitors and alerts, but does not update, reboot or run anything on it without manual approval. That is exactly the case this separation exists for.
Will staff know when someone connects?
Yes. A screen connection is shown to the employee, and it can be set to require their approval. Every connection is logged with the name and the time, and a report can be produced for the privacy officer.
How does it stand with the Protection of Privacy Law?
The management system in Israel, role-based permissions, two-factor login, full logging, a data processing agreement under Amendment 13 with every engagement. Our privacy officer is available to your privacy officer's questions.
What does it cost for a clinic with 40 computers?
Per endpoint, invoiced in shekels. For small counts the price per endpoint is higher than at 500, and we give a written quote for the exact number within one business day.
