Local authorities and municipal corporations

One municipality, dozens of sites, hundreds of endpoints. One screen.

City hall, the municipal call centre, the schools, the community centres, collections, enforcement. Each site with its own computers, and when something breaks you hear it from the staff. TrustRMM gives the authority's IT department one picture of every endpoint on every site, with remote repair, patch rollout and a report at one click.

What the authority gets

Every site, every endpoint, one report for the auditor

All sites on one screen

By department, by building, by machine type.

Controlled security patching

Maintenance windows outside reception hours, a report of what installed on each endpoint.

Reports for the auditor and management

Current hardware and software inventory, patch state, service history - ready in advance.

Data in Israel

A requirement in every tender - here it is the default.

Hebrew support from a team that knows authorities

The same team that operates the system every day answers the phone.

Per-asset pricing that fits a budget

A known yearly amount, easy to budget and approve.

Tenders and procedures

Fit for tenders and procedures

The system is installed in Israel, access to it is logged, permissions are role-based with two-factor login, and every action on an endpoint is recorded.

We supply the documents a procurement process requires: technical specification, information security statements and a data processing agreement under the Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13).

Questions from authorities

What municipal IT departments ask

Our sites are on separate networks - schools, the call centre, collections. Does that work?
Yes. The agent connects outward from each network on its own, with no inbound ports and no bridging between networks. The console shows every site together, and you can group by building, department or device type.
The auditor wants a list of computers and their patch status. How long does that take?
A minute. The inventory updates itself from every endpoint - hardware, software, versions, updates installed and failed - and the report is one click, for the whole authority or a single site.
Does any data leave Israel?
No. The system is installed in an Israeli cloud or on the authority's own server, and all data stays in the country. It is a recurring tender requirement; here it is the default.
What happens to our current provider or our in-house team?
They keep working. TrustRMM is a system your team or your provider works in, with permissions per person. We operate it and answer when needed, and you can also leave the day-to-day monitoring to us.
How is it priced for a tender?
Per asset, at a rate that falls with volume. A known annual figure in shekels that is easy to budget and approve. We supply the technical specification, information-security declarations and a data-processing agreement under Amendment 13.
